Learning Table Tennis and Basic Table Tennis Rules
Fun , Sports / October 24, 2009

Table tennis is one interesting sport that has been present for more than a hundred years. Though the people who played this game only did it for fun to pass the time indoors, this will later become an Olympic sport. Smaller tournaments are held in other venues that sometimes feature the best players from Europe and Asia. The individual should check the television for the schedule of the tournament or watch it live if ever there is one coming to town. Looking for Hair Dryers, Look for Curling Tools
Fashion, style, shopping , Shopping / October 20, 2009

Even though many perceive the curling iron as a recent innovation, curling tools were already in use as way back as ancient Egyptian times. Both gentlemen and ladies of the noble classes would curl or crimp their wigs. The reason for the wigs was that most Egyptians were shaved bald to keep them cooler in the desert heat. However when they had important functions to attend they wore ornately styled wigs. In some museums you may come across metal curling utensils used by the Egyptian nobles for wig styling. Another ancient demographic that made use of styling tools were the Greeks and Romans. While these tools would be considered primitive today, they were quite innovative at the time and reserved for the wealthy and privileged. What You Should Know About Dental Implants
Health , Reviews / October 14, 2009

Dental implants are an integral phase of restorative dentistry. They are basically metal screws which are inserted into the jaw bone. Their purpose is to serve as an anchor for false teeth. Implants can be used to anchor one tooth, a few teeth, or an entire set. When the restoration procedure is complete, the anchor will not be visible. The installation of these implants is a quite common procedure that many individuals undergo before having their false teeth put in. They work for most everyone, as long as there is enough bone in the area to hold the implant in place. If there isn’t, bone grafts can be done to replace the bone that is missing. This means most everyone who needs tooth restoration can receive an implant successfully. Bookmark and Share: Tags: Dental, dental implants, Health, tooth

Bird Watching Supplies for Beginners
Fun , Life / October 14, 2009

If you are not been introduced to the interesting yet relaxing and extremely rewarding pursuit of bird watching, you will first of all need to get some basic bird watching supplies. The right equipment can make your hobby so much more satisfying. One of the first things you should do is purchase a good pair of binoculars. A moderately priced pair designed for daytime use should do fine. You don’t need any extra bells and whistles like night vision, that is unless you want them. Binoculars aren’t the only thing you’ll need for bird watching. You will also need a way to bring in the birds and keep them happy. Happy birds equal more bird watching opportunities. The Debate:  Should Athletes Bench Press (please post your thoughts in the comments!) Bench press rep should Athletes Bench Press? Great Debate Series My opinion:  Yes. Reasoning:  Before I get into my reasoning, I need to outline a few assumptions that need to be made in order to rule on this case. 1. This is a generally healthy athlete 2. The athlete has no lingering shoulder issues 3. The bench is PART of a well balanced program 4. The person has good form (ie, arm angle, breathing, full ROM, etc) If those 4 factors are in place, then I think the bench press is a great upper body strength and mass builder.  The bench utilizes the chest, shoulders, and triceps while activating musce fibers in the…
