Start Weight Training Now For Next Summer

There’s never a bad time of the year to start a weight training exercise routine. Even though summer’s coming to a close, you can weight train throughout the fall, winter, and spring months to be in great shape by next summer. Following a good weight training split routine consistently, without overtraining, will give you a much improved body shape for the beach next year.
