Use A Weightlifting Belt While Squatting

  If you weight train you probably know that the best quadriceps exercise is the squat. The squat will not only work your legs but give you a testosterone boost, helping you gain overall strength and size. Of course you also must protect your lower back while squatting. A good weightlifting belt will do the job, giving your lower back support so you feel safer squatting heavy weights.
